Description

We're seeking an experienced and passionate front-end developer with strong knowledge of React and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and maintaining high-quality web applications and will be able to contribute their expertise to ongoing projects. You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and enhancement of user interfaces, while ensuring that the overall design and functionality align with the company's vision and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize user interfaces for web applications using React and Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product's direction, visuals, and user experience.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code that accurately represents the visual design and intended user experience.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Implement responsive designs and ensure optimal performance across multiple devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that the codebase remains clean and maintainable.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and functionality of the web applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of your work and the team's overall output.
Contribute to technical documentation for the developed features and components, aiding in knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Required qualifications

2-4 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a focus on React and Node.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
In-depth knowledge of React.js, its core principles, and commonly used modules.
Familiarity with Node.js and experience using it to develop server-side JavaScript applications.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
Understanding of responsive design principles and experience implementing designs across multiple devices and browsers.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience integrating them with frontend applications.
Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Context.
Experience with frontend build tools, such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks, such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
